Holiday Program

Bookings for the July School Holidays open Monday, 5 June. All bookings will be managed using QK Enrol (My Family Lounge) a new online booking system.

The following four programs will run over the July school holidays:

Garran Combined Program (K – Yr. 6) Please note that on QK Enrol Garran is listed as 'Woden Community Service Vacation Care'.
Red Hill Combined Program (K – Yr. 6)
Duffy Combined Program (P - Yr. 6)
Lyons Junior Program (K – Yr. 2)

Please note if you've previously used any Woden Community Service childcare (excluding Family Day Care), you will be considered to be an existing family.

Existing families

You have already been invited to register to QK Enrol through an email link that was sent to the email address we have on file for your weekly statements.  If you have not received this email link, please phone (02) 6234 6829 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. Please note: do not create a new account for yourself without this email link, as this can interfere with your existing childcare benefits and childcare rebates.

Once you have your registration details, log in with your email address and password to access My Family Lounge. Enrol your child/ren to each desired service you will be using for the holiday period.  You will then have access to the 'Casual Booking Calendar' to make your bookings. Alternatively, you can use the My Family Lounge App to make all your bookings.

New families

You will need to register (below) to be able to access the casual booking calendar to book for the School Holiday Program.  Once you register you will have to complete your child's registration details and then access the casual booking calendar to make your bookings. Please also complete the Ezi Debit Form and email it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

As Ezi-Debit is our only form of payment, if the details are not provided before your booked session your bookings may be cancelled and you risk having your place given to another family on the waiting list.

Please note: It is important that you do not register if you have previously used any childcare service provided by Woden Community Service. Registering again will create a separate account and will affect your bond, automatic payments, childcare benefits and childcare rebates.
