Each Service line recognises employees who demonstrate sustained excellent performance and have upheld WCS Values and Behaviours over a three month period.

Excellence Award - Team Category

This award is given to the team who have demonstrated consistent, high levels of team work enabling the achievement of their Service line’s annual business plan.

Volunteer of the Quarter and of the Year

WCS recognises and celebrates the outstanding contribution of our volunteers.

Betsy Award

The Betsy Award is in commemoration of Betsy Gallagher, former Executive Director of WCS. This award is to recognise an employee who has made an outstanding contribution to their Service line and the wider organisation.

CEO Values Award

 This award is given to employee who has consistently demonstrated our Values.
