The Individual and Family Support Program is available to anyone
living/working within the Woden area.
The Family Support Worker is available to provide the following
services:
- Emotional and practical support

- Information about other services available

- Assistance in accessing other services

- Referral to other agencies

- Parenting assistance
.
- General support to families
.
- Liaison with government and non-government agencies

FAMILY CONNECTIONS |
Description:
Family Connections is an outreach program that works
with families to enable them to participate in their local
communities. Families are supported through providing
information on what is available and referring into relevant
services. It aims to work with families to identify
their interests and then actively connect them into local
activities, education or support services.
Target Group: Families who have children
12 or under and live in the Woden Valley.
