School Holiday Program

Bookings for the Autumn School Holiday Program opens at 10 am on Tuesday 9 March 2021. All bookings will be managed using QK Enrol (My Family Lounge) using the casual bookings calendar on the app. 

• Curtin School Holiday Program (P - Yr. 6) - 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
• Duffy School Holiday Program (P - Yr. 6) - 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
• Evatt Preschool and OSHC School Holiday Program (P - Yr. 6) - 7.30 am to 6.00 pm
• Evelyn Scott School Holiday Program (P - Yr. 6) - 7.00 am to 6.00 pm
• Garran School Holiday Program (K – Yr. 6) - 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
• Lyons Early Childhood School Holiday Program (P – Yr. 2) - 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
• Margaret Hendry School Holiday (P - Yr.6) - 7.30 am to 6.00 pm
• Red Hill School Holiday Program (P – Yr. 6) - 8.00 am to 6.00 pm
• Wanniassa School Holiday Program (K – Yr. 6) - 7.00 am to 6.00 pm

A detailled description of the School Holiday Program at each of the locations will be made available in the Downloads section below at the end of February 2021.

Please note if you've previously used any Woden Community Service childcare or OSHC service, you will be considered to be an existing family.

Existing families

Please log in to your existing account below. Enrol your child/ren to each desired service you will be using for the holiday period.  You will then have access to the 'Casual Booking Calendar' to make your bookings. Alternatively, you can use the My Family Lounge App to make all your bookings. For detailled instruction on how to manage your bookings see here.

Please note:  It is important that you do not register if you have previously used any childcare service provided by Woden Community Service. Registering again will create a separate account and will affect your bond, automatic payments, childcare benefits and childcare rebates.

New families

You will need to register (below) to be able to access the casual booking calendar to book for the School Holiday Program. Instructions on how to register can be found here. Once you register you will have to complete your child's enrolment form and then email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to ensure your access to the booking calendar is enabled.

Please note that Direct Debit details will be required in order to submit an enrolment form, as this is our only form of payment.
