What’s on?

School Holiday Weekly Program Winter 2025: 

We’re busy planning our Winter School Holiday Program, packed with fun activities for the Winter Holidays from 7 July to 21 July 2025.
Check back soon for details on the exciting programs happening at each of our Out of School Hours Care sites.

How to book

Current Families

  1. Log In: Using My Family Lounge App or using the Log In box below
  2. Request a Booking: Use the ‘Casual Booking Calendar’ to make your bookings

New Families

  1. Register (below) to access the casual booking calendar to book for the School Holiday Program (Instructions here).
  2. Complete your child’s enrolment form and
  3. Email enrolments@wcs.org.au to ensure your access to the booking calendar is enabled.

Please note that direct debit details will be required to submit an enrollment form, as this is our only form of payment.

DO NOT REGISTER if you previously used any childcare service that Woden Community Service provides. Registering again will create a separate account and affect your bond, automatic payments, childcare benefits and childcare rebates.

Late Booking Fees
(Booked within 7 days prior notice period)

$5 per child, per day

Late Fees

$20 per every 15 minutes or part thereof, per child

 

Cancellation Policy 

  • Notice: Written or online cancellation is required 8 days in advance to avoid fees
  • Late Booking Fee: Applies if booked within 8 days

Children’s Services Policies and Procedures

All services are registered with the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) and work within the National Quality Framework and the Principles outlined Belonging, Being & Becoming - The Early Years Learning Framework and My Time Our Place.

WCS is approved to administer Child Care Subsidy payments.

WCS has established Corporate Policies and specific Children's Services Policies to guide our operations and ensure compliance with regulations and laws.

We are committed to the safety, care and wellbeing of all children who access our services. We will respond immediately when any issues arise and meet all reporting requirements.
