WCS is looking for a dynamic and energetic Executive Manager Aged Care and Disability Services to lead and manage the strategic and business operations of WCS aged care and disability services.
The Executive Manager will be an experienced leader with expertise in creating and managing financially viable programs based on a commitment to the needs of people accessing our services and recognising the value of client input and peer workers.
This role requires strategic leadership to translate the organisation’s strategic and business plans into operational goals, financial acumen to maximise results for service users and strengthen organisational viability; as well as highly effective leadership skills to manage change in a diverse team across a range of services.
The Executive Manager will actively build mutually beneficial relationships and networks with other organisations and funding bodies and generate initiatives in areas of service delivery.
The Executive Manager will report to the CEO as a member of the Executive team to build organisational capability and contribute to the long-term growth and sustainability of WCS.

- Full time permanent position based near Woden Town Centre
- Salary $129,466 pa plus 10.5% Superannuation and a Motor Vehicle allowance of $24,939

Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrated previous experience in a senior leadership role
- Experience in monitoring and developing service quality and practice in a complex service system
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results through effective leadership of diverse teams with a focus on strategic and organisational objectives
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, mediate and negotiate with a range of people including other community sector organisations and government bodies
- Effective management of financial resources of service areas to optimise results for service users and strengthen organisational viability
