We are currently looking for an executive officer to support our CEO, Executive team and Woden Community Service’s Board. The ideal person will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail. They will have extensive experience working in a similar environment, ideally for a for-purpose organisation, performing secretarial and administrative duties and providing support to senior management and a board. The role requires flexibility and foresight, maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations, secretarial skills, and the ability to prioritise work.
Permanent, full-time position based in Phillip ACT 2606 near the Woden Town Centre. Salary $92,999 p.a. with access to salary packaging benefits, paid maternity and study leave options.
