In this role you will deliver comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of topics including employee relations, recruitment, return to work plans, WHS, performance management and workforce capability.
- Permanent full-time position
- Salary range $85,121 to $97,114 p.a. depending on skills and experience.
- 12 weeks paid parental leave
- 10 days study leave per year

You are agile and flexible and enjoy providing both strategic and operational advice to managers and staff in a fast-paced environment. You love the challenge of juggling multiple priorities and proactively keeping abreast of contemporary HR practices.
You will have well-developed communication skills, and the ability to provide accurate, timely and relevant advice to a diverse workforce.
You are a committed professional who puts the ‘human’ in ‘human resources’ and confidently builds and sustains strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications in HR, business or equivalent. Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a HR generalist role.
