We are currently seeking passionate Trainee Educators for our Early Learning Centres to assist in providing delivery of quality care and education to children based on the Early Years Learning Framework, under the guidance of the Room Leader, Educational Leader and Centre Manager.

Our Offer
- Fixed-term full-time appointment until 20 December 2024
- Salary $44,876.38 plus 10.5% Superannuation
- Multiple positions available over two Early Learning Centre sites, for people willing to undertake a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Salary packaging (up to $15,899 per year) plus meal and entertainment cards
- Paid shutdown leave on standard working days between Christmas and New Year.

Experience & Qualifications
- Actively working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care under a traineeship arrangement
- A desire to develop sound skills and knowledge in early childhood development.
- Sound verbal, reading and written English skills.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards

To be eligible for an Early Learning traineeship with WCS, you must:
- be at least 18 years of age,
- be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or New Zealand passport holder resident for more than 6 months, or an eligible visa holder,
- undertake a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with an approved registered training organisation,
- pass a Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment before starting your traineeship,
- have an ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card, and be willing to undertake background checks required for the position.
