WCS’s Mental Health & Wellbeing team is seeking a passionate and experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to provide recovery-focused and capacity-building support to people experiencing mental illness and/or living with a disability.
As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will to develop and coordinate a wide range of supports which empower participants to live a fulfilling life in the community.
You will monitor and maximise participant NDIS budgets to enhance their quality of life, and build long-term respectful relationships with participants, guardians and other key supports.

The successful candidate will have a minimum Cert IV in Mental Health, Disability or equivalent and demonstrated knowledge and experience providing outreach services, referrals and monitoring/reporting on progress.
To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to monitor and maximise participant NDIS budgets to enhance their quality of life, and high-level administrative skills to ensure all requirements are met within required timeframes.
You must have a demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and within a small team, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of the NDIS is also highly desirable.
