WCS is looking for a dynamic and energetic Director Disability, Mental Health and Aged Care to lead and manage the strategic and business operations of our NDIS disability services, community based mental health programs and aged care support services.
The Director Disability, Mental Health and Aged Care will be an experienced leader with expertise in creating and managing financially viable programs based on a commitment to the needs of people accessing our services and recognising the value of client input and peer workers. They will actively build mutually beneficial relationships and networks with other organisations and funding bodies and generate initiatives in areas of service delivery.
This is a ‘hands on’ role requiring strategic leadership to translate the organisation’s strategic and business plans into operational goals, financial acumen to maximise results for service users and strengthen organisational viability as well as highly effective leadership skills to manage change in a diverse team across a range of services.
The Director Disability, Mental Health and Aged Care is a new position reporting to the CEO. They will work closely with the Executive team to build organisational capability and contribute to the long term growth and sustainability of WCS.
Experience at a senior level in managing disability, mental health or aged care services is essential.

Full time permanent position based near Woden Town Centre with access to salary packaging benefits. Salary $118,690 - $123,590 pa depending on qualifications and experience.
