We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our Child, Youth and Family Services (CYFS) Team to ensure the most vulnerable children, young people and families receive a range of high quality supports.
Building strong collaborative relationships across the CYFS sector including government and community sector services and working with the Leadership Team to identify operational and strategic opportunities within the service and implement continuous improvement strategies is critical to the role.
The ability to think strategically, apply strengths based approaches and best practice, combined with relevant Tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in leading and managing a CYFS Service is also essential for this position.
