How does Next Step work?

Next Step is a short-term intensive program that uses a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach to help you work through problems you may be experiencing in your life. It is a form of guided self-help and offers practical strategies to help you work through problems such as mild anxiety, depression and day to day life stress.

How many sessions can I have?

You can access up to six sessions through the Next Step program. These can be delivered in person or over the phone. If you find that you need more than this number of sessions you can speak with your coach about the other options available to support your mental health.

Client Testimonials

“The Next Step program enabled me to bring back pleasurable activities into my life that had disappeared due to my attention being on surviving and coping in a very stressful situation. I was able to institute a new schedule for everyday life, which created space for myself again.”

“I believe that the program has helped me immensely and I would thoroughly recommend it to anybody, who is dealing with mild cases of depression, anxiety or stress. My coach was great, was always calm and very easy to talk to. They provided good tips and plenty of things to think about, including strategies to relieve my anxiety and stress levels.”
