About Watch Your Wellness

Watch Your Wellness is a celebration of mental health and wellbeing.  It encourages members of the Canberra community, with a focus on young people aged 15 to 30 years, to learn about activities and strategies that help reduce the risk of mental illness.

We're using the #CheckYourself to promote the idea that we need to ‘check in’ with ourselves from time to time and ‘watch’ how we are feeling mentally, physically and emotionally.

Watch Your Wellness, part of the ACT Mental Health Month Calendar of Events, is a free event run by staff from WCS Mental Health programs, in partnership with our Youth Engagement Team.

We’d like to thank our partners for getting involved!  ACT Health, MIEACT, Canberra Vikings, Messengers Program, Day to Day Living Program and Woden's Capital Health Centre of Traditional Chinese Medicine
