Watch Your Wellness is a celebration of mental health and wellbeing. It encourages members of the Canberra community, with a focus on young people aged 15 to 30 years, to learn about activities and strategies that help reduce the risk of mental illness.
We're using the #CheckYourself to promote the idea that we need to ‘check in’ with ourselves from time to time and ‘watch’ how we are feeling mentally, physically and emotionally.
