WCS facilitates several playgroups sessions out in the community.

We use My Family Lounge, an online booking management system, for enrolments and bookings across all our education and care services.

We operate 22 School Canteens (and counting!) across Canberra

Mental Health & Wellbeing

New Path

New Path provides early intervention support to help people tackle severe mental health issues before they become a longer-term problem.

Continuity of Support (CoS)

Continuity of Support (CoS) provides ongoing assistance to people who were accessing specific mental health services discontinued in 2019 and who are not eligible for NDIS.

Transition To Recovery

Transition to Recovery (TRec) is an intensive outreach program to assist people to transition to the community following an acute episode of mental illness and to prevent relapse.

Way Back Support

The Way Back Support Service supports people following a suicide attempt so they can take action to stay safe.

Southside Community Step Up and Step Down (SC SUSD)

SC SUSD is a short-term community managed mental health service providing 2-weeks of residential and then 4-weeks of community outreach support.

Hoarding and Advocacy Support Service

The Hoarding and Advocacy Support Service provides support to people experiencing the impact of hoarding behaviours and insanitary property conditions.

Tenancy Assistance Program (TAP)

TAP offers comprehensive, tailored support to individuals and families at risk of losing their homes.

Group Support

Group supports is available as a step-down from more intensive support, to compliment other professional support, or as a light touch support to maintain wellbeing and social connectedness.

Aged Care

Home Support

Our home support services assist you to remain living at home & in your community; working with you to meet your changing needs and maintain your independence.

Transport

Our friendly & reliable transport team take you to medical appointments, shopping and social events; offering a door to door service for a small contribution.

Social Groups

We have a wide range of social groups to choose from including lunch groups, walking groups and outings to local and interstate venues.

Care finder

We provide specialist and intensive assistance to help people in the care finder target population (senior Australians who need intensive support).

Housing Support

OneLink

OneLink can connect you to a wide range of support services including services for families and young people, and services for people who are homeless.
