WCS CEO, Jenny Kitchen, launched the WCS Service User Engagement Statement of Commitment this week (or on Monday 4th April 2022 – depending on when the post goes up).
Jenny was joined at the podium by Noel Kelly, from the WCS Aged Care Consumer Advisory Group and Kate Gorman from the Health Care Consumer’s Association and Pam Boyer, WCS Director of Disability, Mental Health and Aged Care, and Chair of the WCS Service User Engagement Working Group.
This Statement reflects the WCS commitment to better partnering with our service users and their support persons in the design, delivery and improvement of our services.
Thank you to all WCS staff, service users, support persons and Canberra community members who worked with the WCS Service User Engagement Working Group to develop this Statement of Commitment.
You can access the Statement on the WCS web site (add link to this: https://www.wcs.org.au/about-us/our-commitment-to-service/engaging-with-service-users-and-support-persons/).
