WCS manages enrolments for all of our Education and Care services through My Family Lounge, an online booking management system. You will only need to register once on the My Family Lounge portal. If you have not already, you will need to register with My Family Lounge – see the instructions below.
When you submit a booking through My Family Lounge, we will process your request and check availability, responding to you within two weeks.
Please note: If your child requires extra support, please contact our Inclusion Support Officer on 0429 927 470 prior to enrolment. This way we can provide extra support to allow your child to fully participate in our programs.
2024 OSHC and ELC enrolments are commencing from the 7th of August 2023. An automatic rollover will occur for all families currently enrolled in our services to ensure that your current arrangements can remain in place for 2024 and to put in requests for siblings. New Families are encouraged to apply now and will also be offered spaces according to availability during these periods.
You use the My Family Lounge portal to start the enrolment process for all of our Early Learning Centres, Out of School Hours Care Programs, and School Holiday Programs. You will only need to register once on the My Family Lounge portal.
If you are new to the WCS, and don’t have a My Family Lounge Account (MFL) you will need to register.
After registering you will receive a complete registration email. To complete the registration process, create and confirm a password, accept the terms and conditions when ready, then press complete registration.
Already have a MFL account? Just skip to Step 2 and sign in!
Once you’ve registered, sign in and enter details for all mandatory fields including your name, relationship to the child and at least one phone number and address details.
See the section below for the process to make a booking, which will vary depending on the service you are accessing.
