WCS manages enrolments for all of our Education and Care services through My Family Lounge, an online booking management system. You will only need to register once on the My Family Lounge portal. If you have not already, you will need to register with My Family Lounge – see the instructions below.  

When you submit a booking through My Family Lounge, we will process your request and check availability, responding to you within two weeks.

Please note:If your child requires extra support, please contact our Inclusion Support Officer on 0429 927 470 prior to enrolment. This way we can provide extra support to allow your child to fully participate in our programs. 

You use the My Family Lounge portal to start the enrolment process for all of our Early Learning Centres, Out of School Hours Care Programs, and School Holiday Programs. You will only need to register once on the My Family Lounge portal. 

Step 1 – Register

If you are new to the WCS, and don’t have a My Family Lounge Account (MFL) you will need to register. 

After registering you will receive a complete registration email. To complete the registration process, create and confirm a password, accept the terms and conditions when ready, then press complete registration. 

Already have a MFL account? Just skip to Step 2 and sign in!

Step 2 – Log in and create your profile

Once you’ve registered, sign in and enter details for all mandatory fields including your name, relationship to the child and at least one phone number and address details. 

Step 3 – Request a booking

See the section below for the process to make a booking, which will vary depending on the service you are accessing.

Family assistance: Child Care Subsidy

The Child Care Subsidy helps parents with children aged 0-13 and who met eligibility requirements. This subsidy is paid directly to the service. 

To access the Child Care Subsidy, you must: 

Step 1. Sign in to your MyGov account. If you don’t have one, you will need to create a MyGov account. 

Step 2. Link MyGov to Centrelink. You can do this under Services. 

Step 3. Select Centrelink and complete the Child Care Subsidy Assessment. 

All WCS Education and Care Services hold approval to operate with the Children’s Education and Care Assurance (CECA).

Making a booking

Login to your My Family Lounge account (as setup above). 

Follow Step 1-2 above.

Next, request a booking for your child or children choosing the days and start date. An email is automatically sent to us to inform that you have a submitted a booking request. You will be able to see the status of your request on your My Family Lounge portal. 

On the main Enrolment Management page beside your child’s name click ‘Start/View Enrolment’ and please complete the enrolment form for the service/s you intend to utilise.

If we have availability an offer will be sent to you from do_not_reply@qikkids.com. You will then need to accept, decline, and change or decline.  If you accept you will then complete the Enrolment Form on the MFL portal.

For our Early Learning Centres, the Centre Manager will contact you to arrange orientation visits and delivery of the Centre Information Pack. 

Follow Step 1 and 2 above.

On the main Enrolment Management page beside your child’s name click ‘Start/View Enrolment’. 

Select all the services you may want to use. Ensure all details marked with a red asterisk * are complete then click ‘Submit’ (located on the left-hand side of the screen). 

You will return to the Enrolment Management page. 

Call 02 6147 3318 and we will process a bond over the phone and setup your access to the services needed (Bond is not currently required for school holiday program access only). 

Please follow the same process as casual bookings. Once complete, please call 02 6147 3318 to setup booking access.  

If you have a permanent booking, you will generally be setup to access the SHP and, if you cannot see this, please call 02 6147 3318 to get this access enabled.
