Chief Executive Officer
Jenny Kitchin joined WCS as CEO in February 2019. She came to WCS from Anglicare where she served as Executive Manager of Child, Youth and Family Services overseeing out-of-home care, youth, family housing and homelessness services in NSW and ACT. Jenny is a community services leader with significant experience both in the government and community sectors. Prior to Anglicare, Jenny was a senior executive in the ACT Community Services Directorate and the Regional Director of Barnardos Australia (ACT).
Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary
Tony is an experienced corporate executive with financial, corporate strategy and leadership skills. He has initiated and led major organisation-wide strategic reforms, combining financial, human capital and technology reforms in commercial, government and not for profit organisations, including utilities, construction, science, research and community sectors. Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, and Global Executive MBA. He is a fellow of CPA Australia, and a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a divisional councillor and former President of CPA Australia’s ACT Division.
Executive Manager of Children, Youth and Family Services
Vivienne Gould joined WCS in August 2020 and joined the Executive Team in July 2021. She has more than thirty years of experience in Children’s Services and the community sector. Vivienne has worked across varied areas in the sector including service management, compliance and delivering the Cert III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care through an RTO. Her Executive portfolio extended to include Child Youth and Family Services in August 2022.
Chief Financial Officer
Blessy Pascual joined WCS in October 2016. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, a member of CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors She has over twenty-three years of experience in financial management, business advisory, taxation, audit, systems application and integration, and financial governance.
Executive Manager Aged Care and Disability Services
Kerry Pearce joined WCS in June 2023 as the Executive Manager, Aged Care and Disability Services. Kerry has worked in senior leadership, business development and clinical management roles over the past twenty years across the public health, community services and corporate sectors in Tasmania, Victoria and NSW. Prior to joining WCS she was the Manager of Community and Integrated Care for the Southern NSW Local Health District, Monaro region. Her special areas of interest are leadership development, coaching, strategic management, clinical governance, and transformational change. Kerry is a registered Occupational Therapist, with over twenty years experience in complex rehabilitation, disability, aged care and multidisciplinary teamwork providing a strong foundation to her leadership practice.
Senior Manager of Corporate Governance
Tony Bill joined WCS in October 2021 and joined the Executive Team in May 2023. Tony is responsible for strategic oversight of policy, enterprise risk, internal audit, organisational compliance and accreditation, learning and development and HR. Previously Tony was employed by the AFP in various roles including policy, learning and development, work health and safety and intelligence. He has also worked with Defence in various intelligence roles. Tony has over thirty years experience in the private, public and community sectors.
Senior Manager of Mental Health
Leanne Heald joined WCS in February 2016 and joined the Executive Team in March 2023. Leanne has been working within the community service sector, for both government and community-based organisations in Canberra and Western Australia for nearly twenty years. Specialising in mental health, disability and community outreach, she has supported vulnerable community members to access the supports they need to thrive. She has managed emergency relief agencies, National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) programs and most recently, WCS’s mental health suite of services.
