Jenny Kitchin joined Woden Community Service as CEO in February 2019. She joins WCS from Anglicare where she served as Executive Manager of Child, Youth and Family Services overseeing out-of-home care, youth, family housing and homelessness services in NSW and ACT. Jenny is a community services leader with significant experience both in the government and community sectors. Prior to Anglicare, Jenny was a senior executive in the ACT Community Services Directorate and the Regional Director of Barnardos Australia (ACT).

JOE COLBERTJoe Colbert

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Joe joined Woden Community Service as the Deputy CEO in March 2022.  Joe brings a wealth of knowledge and contemporary experience following an extensive career in senior executive management across a variety of public sector agencies as well as private enterprise organisations.  Specialty areas include: Strategy, Governance, Procurement, Contract Negotiation and Management, Program Management, Change Management, Corporate Services, Property Management, Human Resource Management, Security and Shared Services.  Prior to this Joe was a Registered Nurse working across a variety of acute and critical care areas.

Joe holds tertiary qualifications in Science, Health, Law, Risk Management and Public Administration and has also completed a leadership and management course at the Australian Graduate School of Management.

VIVIENNE GOULDVIVIENNE GOULD

Director of Children’s Services

Vivienne Gould joined Woden Community Service in August 2020 as the Manager for Early Childhood and commenced acting in the role of Director Children’s Services in July 2021.  Vivienne has more than 30 years of experience in Children’s Services.  She has worked in many different areas across the sector including, service management, compliance and delivering the Cert III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care through an RTO. Vivienne has always worked in the community sector.

LYNTON SHEEHANLYNTON SHEEHAN

Director of Housing and Community Engagement

Lynton Sheehan joined WCS in August 2021 bringing extensive Government and human services experience in housing, mental health, arts, and policy /programmatic reform. Lynton has also been active in the Canberra events community for many years staging multiple large scale arts, community and lifestyle events over the past decade. He brings a wealth of experience in human services and governmental relations and in project and program management. He has a strong passion for community development and events, social justice and LGBTIQA+ health and wellbeing.

PAM BOYERPAM BOYER

Director of Disability, Mental Health and Aged Care

Pam Boyer joined WCS in 2014 as the Director of Mental Health and Housing. Her role now encompasses disability, mental health and aged care. Pam has been a community sector manager in the ACT for over 20 years and has a strong commitment to supporting people to live well and independently in the community.

Blessy joined WCS in 2016. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also a member of CPA Australia with over 18 years of experience in financial management, business advisory, taxation, audit, systems application and integration, and financial governance.
