Thrive Together is a supportive mental health program for adults who want to improve their wellbeing and work towards their own recovery goals.

We know that everyone’s experience is different. Thrive Together offers flexible, respectful support that focuses on what feels right for you. You can take part in group activities, access one-to-one support if needed, and adjust your level of support over time.

Support is available for up to 12 months and includes group-based psychosocial recovery activities, with optional one-to-one support depending on your needs and readiness.

Support options

Thrive Together offers three levels of support. You can move between these as your needs change.

Group support
Social and skill-building activities that support connection, confidence, and participation in the community.

Momentum
Group support plus monthly one-to-one sessions for 6 to 9 months. This option focuses on maintaining recovery progress while staying connected to group activities.

Connect Well
Group support plus weekly one-to-one sessions for up to 12 weeks. This option focuses on early support and may include recovery planning, symptom management, referrals to other supports, and help staying engaged with groups. Participants may transition to Momentum for ongoing one-to-one support.
