How to book

Important: Torrens and Wanniassa families

If you wish to enrol in the Torrens or Wanniassa School Holiday Program, please do not submit a booking request via Kangarootime’s “Booking Request” tab; this will not secure a place.
Instead, use the calendar in the KT Connect app to book directly. Follow these step-by-step instructions for Kangarootime bookings.

New Families

  1. Register (below) to access the casual booking calendar to book for the School Holiday Program.
  2. Complete your child’s enrolment form and
  3. Email enrolments@wcs.org.auto ensure your access to the booking calendar is enabled.

Please note that direct debit details will be required to submit an enrollment form, as this is our only form of payment.

DO NOT REGISTER if you previously used any childcare service that Woden Community Service provides. Registering again will create a separate account and affect your bond, automatic payments, childcare benefits and childcare rebates.

Child Care Subsidy Assistance

The Child Care Subsidy helps cover fees for eligible families with children aged 0-13. The subsidy is paid directly to the service, reducing your out-of-pocket costs.

To apply:

  1. Sign in to your MyGov account (or create one if needed).
  2. Link MyGov to Centrelink under Services.
  3. Complete the CCS Assessment.

All WCS Education and Care Services are approved to operate under the Children’s Education and Care Assurance (CECA).

Cancellation Policy 

  • Notice: Written or online cancellation is required 8 days in advance to avoid fees
  • Late Booking Fee: Applies if booked within 8 days

WCS is approved to administer Child Care Subsidy payments.
