We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Room Leader to join our Early Learning Centre at Lyons.The successful candidate will have Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with skills, knowledge and experience in the delivery of quality care and education to children based on the Early Years Learning Framework.

Our offer:
- Permanent full-time appointment.
- Salary of $69,778.13 to $71,893.28 p.a. depending on skills and experience, plus 11.5% superannuation.
- 10% above award wages with WCS Enterprise Agreement.
- Broken shift allowance (where applicable).
- Paid shutdown leave on standard working days between Christmas and New Year.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A valid and up to date Working with Vulnerable person card (WWVP Card).
- A current First Aid Certificate HLTAID012 with Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
- Advanced skills, knowledge and experience in early childhood development.
- Developed communication and interpersonal skills, combined with pro-active hands-on attitude.
- Excellent comprehension of English.
- Considerable experience in documentation and planning in accordance with the EYLF.

To be eligible for employment, you must have an active Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card, working rights in Australia, and be willing to undertake background checks required for the position, including a National Police Check.
