Woden Community Service (WCS) currently has an exciting opportunity for a Manager to lead the strategic and business operations of Aged Care Services. The Aged Care team is located in the heart of Woden and works with our clients to provide best-practice, safe and quality person-centred care.

The Manager Aged Care will have significant experience in managing high quality aged care services, including the delivery of CHSP and Home Care Packages within a clinical and quality governance framework.

The Manager Aged Care will be a key member of the Leadership group and will work collaboratively to ensure best practice and continuous improvement strategies are implemented.

Experience at a senior leadership level in the aged care sector is essential as well as a tertiary degree qualification. Clinical qualifications (registered nurse) with the ability to provide current registration and practicing certificate with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority will be highly regarded.

Full time position based near Woden Town Centre with access to salary packaging benefits. Salary $109,132 – 113,429 p.a. depending on qualifications and experience. This will initially be offered as a 12 month contract with the possibility of an extension.
