Our OSHC services provide children with recreation-based activities with emphasis on social interaction and a sense of fun in a safe and secure environment. A range of activities are offered including art, sports, games, dramatic play, nature-based play, cooking and excursions.
We are currently seeking experienced and passionate individuals to join our team in various OSHC leadership positions. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading and managing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs, and maintaining positive relationships with families, schools, and the wider community.
Exciting opportunities exist for Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Leadership Positions to join our team:

Key Accountabilities
- Team Leader:
- Responsible for leading and managing a team of qualified educators in the delivery of high-quality Out of School Hour Care (OSHC) programs.
- Develop and implement program plans that meet the individual needs and interests of the children.
- Provide guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children in care.
- Assistant Coordinator:
- Support the Coordinator in the day-to-day operation of the OSHC service.
- Assist with program planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Provide support and supervision to the qualified educators as required.
- Qualified Educator:
- Deliver high-quality OSHC programs that meet the individual needs and interests of the children.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community.

Our offer:
- Permanent, part-time or fulltime appointment
- Salary of $53,777.31 to $66,258.19 per annum (pro-rata for part-time), plus 11% superannuation depending on skills and experience
- Broken shift allowance (where applicable)
- Paid shutdown leave on standard working days between Christmas and New Year
- Salary packaging (up to $15,899 per year) plus meal and entertainment cards
- Study Leave for permanent employees
