Woden Community Service (WCS) is leading an innovative trial working with Government and community agencies to provide a coordinated response for people living with severe hoarding issues. The role involves building strategic alliances that will build the most appropriate response and ensure that the person we work with is at the centre of this approach.
We are looking for a person who understands the complexities associated with hoarding and/or squalor, understands the regulatory environment, has highly developed communication skills and demonstrated case management.
The ideal candidate will :
- Work strategically to facilitate relationships with stakeholders in government and the service sector for the best outcome for clients;
- Coordinate case work within a small team;
- Deliver training to build sector capacity in responding to hoarding;
- Facilitate early intervention activities with peer involvement.

Our Offer
Full-time position. Salary range $92,999 – $97,114 p.a. plus 10% super. WCS offers generous salary packaging benefits and great leave entitlements.
